10/10 – Fished Michigan UP for trout and the Manistee river in the Northern Lower. Excellent brook trout fishing where Duck Creek passes under Highway 2. The Ontonagon river produced brown, rainbow and brook trout. Crawler on a #6 circle hook without weight. Manistee river produced salmon, steelhead and pike. Salmon and steelhead came on trout beads, the pike hit a Thunderstick Jr.
