11/18 – Fished Lexington harbor in the early morning without success. About a dozen other anglers fishing with spoons, crank baits, night crawlers and minnows. Saw two nice walleye caught on nightcrawlers under a float. Saw atlantic salmon and steelhead cruising the shallows.
Drove north to Port Sanilac and fished the north jetty on the harbor side. Dozens of atlantic salmon cruising around the boat launch; none were interested in the large spoons or crankbaits. Fished the south jetty / lake side and saw fish cruising the jetty; no interest in the skein or wax worms we offered. Fished the the northmost municipal docks at dusk and picked up one dandy atlantic salmon on a wax worm.
Bailey the dog was moderately interested.
