Fished the Detroit River launching from Wyandotte. Heavy fog, cold spitting rain and wind. Fished off Mud Island and caught 10 walleye between the three of us. Black was the most productive color, but a yellow / orange tail Wyandotte worm also caught fish. Light bites when the jig is held still made for a challenging trip. The usual vertical jigging rig of a 1 oz jig head, stinger and plastic tipped with a minnow. All male fish, no big females. PS – the small ones are the best eating.

Short drifts from the pair of bouys to the middle of Mud Island. Bouy 20 produced nothing.
