12/13 I fished with Captain Z Charters at Detroitfishing.com. We trolled bandits and flicker shads in the Detroit River headwaters / Lake Saint Clair drainage and caught two walleye. After dark we switched over to handlining and caught two more walleye in the same area. I’d never hand lined a 15′ deep flat; I learned something new! I recommend charters as a way to QUICKLY learn a new spot or technique.
