Fall bluegill bite on Lake Saint Clair

September 26, 2025 //  by Kevin Johnston

9/25/25

Fished the main lake shoreline yesterday afternoon with both a flyrod / sponge spider and a telescopic cane pole / bobber + live bait. Excellent bite around dusk. Lots of medium sized fish, six fish just short of 9″ and LOADS of runts.

9″ bluegills are hard to beat.
